Pool Supplies of Corona Corp / PSOFC Corp
Terms & Conditions for Equipment Purchase, Installation, Warranty, and Payment
Effective Date: 5/25/2026
Seller: Pool Supplies of Corona Corp
Installation Provider: PSOFC Corp, California CSLB License #1080105
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of pool equipment, pool parts, heaters, pumps, filters, automation systems, salt systems, replacement components, installation services, service work, and related materials sold by Pool Supplies of Corona Corp and/or installed or serviced by PSOFC Corp.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an order, approving an estimate, paying an invoice, completing a checkout form, checking an acknowledgment box, clicking "I Agree," proceeding to Stripe payment, authorizing equipment ordering, accepting delivery, or allowing installation or service work to proceed, customer acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Customer understands that these Terms may apply together with any invoice, estimate, checkout page, work order, written scope, service agreement, manufacturer terms, warranty documentation, or payment processor terms related to the transaction.
If customer does not agree to these Terms, customer should not proceed with payment, authorize ordering, accept delivery, or allow installation or service work to begin.
2. Purchase Type Selection
Customer may be asked to select one of the following purchase types before checkout or payment:
A. Equipment Purchase Only
Customer is purchasing equipment, parts, or materials only. Installation is not included unless separately listed in writing on the invoice, estimate, checkout page, work order, or approved scope.
Customer understands that if they choose equipment purchase only, Pool Supplies of Corona Corp is not responsible for installation, site compatibility, customer installation errors, third-party installation errors, startup issues caused by installation, or manufacturer warranty consequences related to lack of qualifying professional installation.
B. Equipment + PSOFC Corp. Installation
Customer is purchasing equipment and separately electing installation services by PSOFC Corp., California CSLB License #1080105.
Customer understands that installation services are included only when expressly listed in writing on the invoice, estimate, checkout page, work order, or approved scope. Installation is subject to site conditions, applicable California contractor licensing laws, CSLB regulations, safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, and the limitations stated in these Terms.
Customer further understands that selecting installation does not guarantee manufacturer warranty approval, but may help establish the professional-installation documentation that some manufacturers may require for eligible warranty coverage.
3. Final Sale and Special Orders
All equipment sales are final upon payment, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Customer understands that pool equipment, replacement parts, heaters, pumps, filters, automation systems, salt systems, and related materials may be ordered, reserved, allocated, transferred, shipped, direct-shipped, or specially procured based on customer approval and payment.
Heaters, non-stock items, direct-ship products, special-order products, manufacturer-controlled products, and specially procured equipment are non-cancelable once paid, ordered, reserved, released for fulfillment, transferred, or shipped.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed and may be unavailable for special-order, installed, opened, used, electrical, gas, water-contact, manufacturer-controlled, or direct-ship products.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. Product Information and Compatibility
Product descriptions, photos, specifications, model numbers, compatibility information, and availability are provided for general reference and may be based on manufacturer information.
Customer is responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for the intended pool, spa, plumbing, electrical, gas, automation, environmental, and installation conditions unless PSOFC Corp is separately retained to evaluate or install the equipment.
Manufacturer specifications, installation manuals, product labels, applicable codes, and written manufacturer requirements control over general descriptions or website summaries.
Pool Supplies of Corona Corp is not responsible for customer-selected products that are incompatible because of existing site conditions, incorrect assumptions, prior modifications, unknown equipment history, electrical limitations, plumbing restrictions, gas supply issues, automation incompatibility, code issues, access limitations, or manufacturer requirements.
5. Payment, Taxes, and Pricing
Customer agrees to pay all listed product charges, applicable taxes, installation charges, approved materials, delivery charges, freight charges, service charges, and any other charges shown on the invoice, estimate, checkout page, payment link, or approved scope of work.
Equipment and applicable taxes may be due before ordering, scheduling, release of equipment, delivery, transfer to installer, or installation.
Installation labor, approved materials, startup, and related service charges may be due upon substantial completion, startup, or according to the written invoice, estimate, or scope.
Prices are subject to correction for clerical errors, supplier changes, manufacturer pricing changes, freight changes, tax changes, or scope changes before payment is completed and the order is accepted.
Where equipment and installation labor are listed separately, taxes may apply to equipment and materials and may be treated differently from separately stated labor depending on the transaction structure and applicable law.
6. Installation Services by PSOFC Corp.
Installation services, where selected, are performed by PSOFC Corp., California CSLB License #1080105.
Customer understands that Pool Supplies of Corona Corp may sell equipment and materials, while PSOFC Corp may separately provide installation, startup, service, repair, or related contractor work.
Installation is included only if expressly listed on the invoice, estimate, checkout page, work order, or written scope. If installation is not listed, customer is purchasing equipment only.
Customer authorizes PSOFC Corp to perform installation, startup, and testing under existing site conditions when installation services are selected and approved.
Installation services are subject to California contractor licensing laws, CSLB regulations, applicable building codes, manufacturer requirements, safety conditions, and site accessibility.

Pool Supplies of Corona and/or PSOFC Corp. do not control manufacturer warranty approvals, denials, claim administration, labor reimbursement decisions, product-specific warranty eligibility, or changes to manufacturer warranty programs. Manufacturer warranty eligibility may require qualifying professional installation, product registration, proof of purchase, proof of professional installation, and compliance with manufacturer requirements.
Customer understands that some manufacturer warranties may differ depending on:
-
where the product was purchased
-
whether the product was purchased online, over-the-counter, through retail, or through an authorized channel
-
whether the product was professionally installed
-
whether installation documentation is available
-
whether the product is registered

whether manufacturer-specific requirements are satisfied
For applicable products, equipment purchased without qualifying professional installation may receive reduced manufacturer warranty coverage, including possible limited warranty periods, depending on the manufacturer's current written warranty terms.
Installation by PSOFC Corp does not guarantee manufacturer warranty approval. It may only help establish the installation path or documentation that a manufacturer may require for eligible professional-installation warranty coverage.
Manufacturer warranty claims are administered by the manufacturer, not by Pool Supplies of Corona Corp or PSOFC Corp. Pool Supplies of Corona Corp and/or PSOFC Corp may assist with documentation, proof of purchase, installation records, service information, or product information when reasonably available, but do not guarantee claim approval, processing timelines, labor reimbursement, replacement approval, or final warranty outcome.
12. Shipping, Delivery, Damage, and Delays
Products may be picked up, delivered, transferred to an installer, shipped by manufacturer, shipped by supplier, direct-shipped, or otherwise fulfilled depending on the product and transaction.
Customer authorizes Pool Supplies of Corona Corp to release or transfer purchased equipment to PSOFC Corp for installation if customer has selected PSOFC Corp installation.
Shipping, delivery, freight, manufacturer processing, warehouse fulfillment, supplier availability, backorders, and weather-related timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Customer must inspect delivered or received products promptly.
Visible shipping damage, missing items, packaging damage, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt.
Failure to report visible damage, missing items, or packaging damage within 48 hours may affect carrier claims, supplier claims, manufacturer claims, replacement eligibility, refund eligibility, or the ability to document shipping-related issues.
