Purchase, Installation & Warranty Acknowledgment

Before proceeding to Stripe payment, please review and accept the following terms. By checking the boxes below and continuing to payment, you acknowledge electronic acceptance of these terms.

1. Final Sale & Special Orders

I understand that all equipment sales are final upon payment, except where prohibited by applicable law. I understand that heaters, non-stock items, direct-ship products, special-order items, custom-order items, manufacturer-controlled items, and specially procured equipment are non-cancelable once paid, ordered, reserved, released for fulfillment, transferred, or shipped. Approved returns, if any, may be subject to supplier, freight, handling, processing, merchant processing, or restocking charges.

2. Retail Equipment Purchase Only

I understand this checkout is for the retail purchase of equipment, parts, materials, and related products from Pool Supplies of Corona Corp. I understand installation is not included unless separately quoted, approved, and listed in writing.

3. Manufacturer Warranty

I understand that manufacturer warranties are governed solely by the manufacturer’s current written warranty terms and are administered by the manufacturer. Warranty eligibility, coverage periods, registration requirements, proof of purchase requirements, proof of professional installation, labor reimbursement policies, and claim procedures may change without notice. I understand that Pool Supplies of Corona Corp. does not control or guarantee manufacturer warranty approval, denial, replacement, reimbursement, claim administration, product-specific eligibility, or final claim outcome.

4. Shipping, Product Records & Communication

I understand that shipping, freight, manufacturer processing, backorders, delivery dates, transfer timelines, and weather-related timelines are estimates only. Visible shipping damage, missing items, or packaging damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt. I agree to preserve relevant invoices, receipts, serial numbers, product packaging where applicable, photos, communications, and warranty records. I consent to transaction-related email, phone, and SMS communications for order, delivery, payment, warranty, service, support, or dispute records.

5. Disputes & Electronic Acceptance

I agree to contact Pool Supplies of Corona Corp. regarding any issue before initiating an external dispute, chargeback, complaint, or payment reversal, where permitted by law. I agree that checking these boxes, submitting this form, proceeding to Stripe payment, paying an invoice, or authorizing the transaction constitutes electronic acceptance, and that timestamps, IP address, session metadata, form submissions, checkout records, payment records, emails, SMS records, signed forms, and related communications may be retained as evidence of acceptance.
